Try these in order:

1. Quit your browser completely and open it again. On macOS closing the window is not enough - press Cmd+Q, then reopen the browser and this page. Chrome can stop passing SysEx messages until it is restarted, and everything else keeps working, so the device looks broken when it is not. This fixes it most of the time.
2. Update your browser to the latest version, then restart it again.
3. Still stuck? Use the ParksTool Updater app. It has the same configurator built in but talks to your device directly, so it is not affected by the browser at all.

You are already in the ParksTool Updater, so this is not a browser problem. Try these in order:

1. Reload this tab. Click Refresh Device above, or switch to another tab and back. The configurator then asks the device again.
2. Close anything else using the controller - a browser tab on config.parkstool.com, MIDI monitoring software, or a DAW - then reload this tab.
3. Turn every knob and fader to one end (fully down or fully up), then reload. A control resting mid-travel can send a continuous stream of small changes, and that stream can bury the device's reply to this page.
4. Unplug the USB cable, wait a few seconds, plug it back in, then reload this tab.
